If you are not happy with the packaging of your purchase please notify us immediately by email and return it to us within 3 days with a short explanation why you are not happy. Due to the nature of our products, all packaging must remain unopened and exactly how it was dispatched to you. We can organise a refund to your card for the full value of the products purchased.Unfortunately we can’t refund any delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you or your costs in returning the product to us
